Chris started CRW all the way back in 2008 as a sole trader, learning the trade as an apprentice Gas Engineer, he always had visions to grow his business to being the best Plumbing & Heating company in Lancaster.

He has two amazing children Amelia & Jacob as well as an adorable dog, Bella. In his spare time Chris is an avid Hyrox fan and loves walking in the Lake District.

Bob is Chris’ Dad and helped him start his business. Bob is quite the business man, originally starting his own Fireplace & Stove business over 30+ years ago.

He successfully grew Fireplace Warehouse into the biggest Fireplace and Stove showroom in the North West, before deciding to down the tools and help support Chris in the growth of his plumbing business.

Bob now supports Chris daily with his 30+ years of knowledge and helps the whole team by delivering all the supplies.

Sue is Chris’ Mum and supports the family business by keeping a keen eye on the finances and accounts.

Having worked for over 20+ years on the gas board accounts team she knows a thing or two about accounting and loves a good spreadsheet.

Joe has worked for CRW for 15+ years and is the longest serving member of staff.

He is Chris’ brother-in-law and has excelled over the years with his dedication and strong work ethic.

He is a Qualified Gas Engineer and HETAS Registered fitter and is a key part in the Stove & Fireplace fitting team.

He is not afraid of heights and can often be seen laughing at the top of a ladder wondering what all the fuss is about!

Jake started as an Apprentice Gas Engineer for CRW and qualified in 2018.

Since then he has become an important part of the team, working hard to continuously better himself and the business.

Jake takes an unbelievable amount of care and passion in his work and loves creating some impressive boiler installations. He is a key part of our Service & Breakdown Engineering Team.

In his spare time Jake is an avid Hyrox fan and is often taken part in events across the North West.

Ant joined CRW in 2020 and is an important part of the bathroom installation and boiler fitting team.

He has been a qualified Gas Engineer for over 10 years and there is not much he does not know about Plumbing and Gas.

He strives to install the most beautiful bathrooms and has a keen eye for details.

In his spare time Ant enjoys going to the gym and keeping fit.

Evan is in his second year of College studying Plumbing & Heating.

He is starting to show understanding of all plumbing and heating installations and is proving to be a key part of the team here at CRW.

In his spare time he loves going on walks and playing football.

Matt has been with CRW since 2023 and is in his third year at College studying Plumbing & Heating.

He has proven himself to be a key part of the CRW team and we are really proud of his progress.

In his spare time he loves being sat at the side of a lake fishing, and loves walking in the lakes.

Millie joined the CRW team in 2025 and since starting has proven to be a major asset to the team.

She has a wonderful happy feel good attitude and keeps the office vibes up.

She supports the business in the day to day admin as well as keeping on top of the social media accounts.

She is happiest when having a good ol’ natter and it takes her approximately 4 seconds after arriving before asking what everyone is having for tea!

Emma joined our team in 2022 and quickly became a valued member of the CRW family. She brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and works well with colleagues across the team.

Since joining, Emma has shown great reliability and attention to detail in designing beautiful bathrooms.

Her friendly and supportive approach helps create a positive working environment.

In her spare time she loves spending time and getting out and about with her family.

Emma has recently joined the CRW family and has shown that she is going to be a key part of the team.

She carries out day to day tasks for CRW and designs beautiful kitchens & bedrooms for Bespoke Interiors.

In her spare she loves spending time with her son and keeping fit at the gym.
