“Very impressed. Had two new radiators installed. The plumber, Anthony, gave advice and took his time working out how to do the work without damaging our newly laid floors. This involved him having to crawl under our floorboards from our hall! He could have easily done a slightly quicker but poorer quality job - but, instead, made sure to do an excellent job. He was incredibly patient, helpful and hard working and left the work area clean and tidy. Highly recommend and will definitely use again”

CRW was founded in 2008 when Chris was just 18 years old and newly qualified as a heating engineer. Since then, his passion and drive have helped the business grow significantly.

In 2012, CRW proudly became a limited company and, by 2026, has grown to employ over 10 full time members of staff. This includes a dedicated administration team and a wealth of skilled tradespeople working across the company.
